Version 0.13

Hello everyone :)

I've been working on the game some more and it had WAY more bugs then I thought. I took some time to day to fix some of them, most of which had to do with visual effects and some game objects. I've also increased the timer of the superheavy and synthetic atom states since it was really hard to stay in the game once you've reached them (2 seconds on the last couple of states is just TOO hard).

Making games is definitely hard, and I feel it each time I sit down. I'm getting better every day though, and hopefully one day I can make something I'm really proud of!
