Version 0.15

Hello everyone :)

I've made a couple more changes to some bugs and systems:

1. Fixed a bug where particles on screen would slow down when swapping to nitrogen or berkelium

2. Fixed a bug where particles on screen would not return to their original speed after swapping from nitrogen or berkelium

3. Fixed a visual bug when opening the notebook while the atom is at an osmium element state.

4. Expanded the camera and spawn points of particles, giving the atom more space to move around.

5. Added a new feature where all particles on screen return to their original speed after switching states, preventing them for moving fast or gravitating to the atom unnecessarily.

This will hopefull make the game better for the general public, although it can still be challenging :)
